Automatically.) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, which is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate it’s potential for the business world.

We are looking for a person to work alongside the Head of Loyalty Solutions with end-to-end responsibilities covering both sales and implementation support in the area of loyalty.

What will you do on a daily basis?

Pre-Sales: 

  • Participation in product development throughthe generation of ideas and requirements. 
  • Preparing and delivering loyalty presentationswith a personalized approach as needed. 
  • Conducting demo sessions for global partnersand potential customers. 
  • Gathering requirements and data for pricing. 
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops. 
  • Identifying and supporting upsellopportunities. 
  • Designing solutions that align with customerexpectations regarding time, cost, and resources. 
  • Developing project plans (for the Synerisecomponent, while considering all dependencies with the customer and partner). 
  • Actively seeking new partnerships. 

Post-sales

  • Ensuring successful project execution by takingleadership, organizing resources, monitoring statuses, attending meetings, andresolving obstacles. 
  • Collecting use cases. 
  • Documenting case studies. 
  • Sharing lessons learned and knowledgeinternally. 
  • Enhancing internal and public documentation. 

What will make us a perfect match?

Business Acumen

  • Minimum 2years of experience as a sales engineer in a tech company, perfectly in digitalcommerce or marketing automation area. 
  • Understandingof the business assumptions and objectives of the project. 
  • Ability tomeasure and evaluate project’s KPIs. 
  • Proficiencyin English (at least B2+)

Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills: 

  • Communicateclearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability toestablish and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, andcolleagues. 
  • Takinginitiative in actions and solve problems without the need for constantsupervision. 
  • Ability togenerate innovative ideas and solve problems. 
  • Plan andorganize work effectively to meet deadlines. 
  • Adapt to a dynamic and changing work environmentand willingness to work with different time zones.

Technical Expertise: 

  • Proficiencyin designing and understanding high-level system architecture and data flows. 
  • Fluency inreviewing and comprehending technical documentation, particularly API/SDKdocumentation.
