Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Office & Operations Assistant to join our Finance&Operations Department.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Reception management and ensuring the smooth operation of the office (office supplies, contacts with suppliers and building administration).
  • Supervision of the proper handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as cooperation with couriers.
  • Support in organizing business trips.
  • Support in the organization of meetings and company events (e.g., booking rooms, welcoming guests, and managing meetings).
  • Ongoing administrative tasks supporting the daily operations of the company.

  • Availability for full time work (Monday to Friday) with the possibility of working from the Cracow office.
  • Previous work experience in Administration area.
  • Very good command of Polish and English (at least B2).
  • Enthusiasm and communicativeness.
  • High attention to details and timeliness.
  • Positive attitude and team-work mindset.

What will convince us even more? 

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in organizing business trips.
  • Knowledge of first aid principles or first aid training course.
