Legal Counsel

We successfully deliver an all-in-one tool (more info: Synerise Explainer Video (youtube.com):  an ever-evolving data platform, enhanced by AI to generate outstanding ROI in more than 30 markets for industry leaders in Retail, Banking, eCommerce, Automotive, Insurance, and Telco, processing more than 150 billion transactions annually.  

However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building the Base Model platform (more info BaseModel.AI | Apply science to behavioral data. Automatically.) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, which is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate it is potential for the business world. 

Having such great solutions we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Lawyer with 2–4 years of professional experience, preferaby as an in-house lawyer, particularly in the areas of  drafting and negotiating contracts, litigation and labour law.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and employment contracts.
• Negotiate the terms of commercial contracts for SaaS and software offered by the Company.
• Promote, balance and manage company and customer/vendor interests using a high degree of ingenuity to quickly resolve issues while managing business risk.
• Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Representing clients in court proceedings.
• Preparing legal opinions, internal policies, and risk assessments.
• Working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters.
• Managing assigned cases independently.
• Anticipate and solve problems; and Conduct legal research and assist with general corporate legal matters and initiatives as necessary.

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Hands-on experience with  contract drafting, labour law and litigation.
• Knowledge of the intelectuall property and software licensing, SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent Polish; fluency in English (both written and spoken at least B2+).

• Command of Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered a plus.
