Brickworks product template with AI-based similar recommendations

In this use case, you will create a schema enabling templates to return: dynamic product information coming from a Synerise catalog and dynamically computed similar products based on an AI recommendation model. Additionally, this schema will serve as an in-app template derived from a template available in the Synerise Demo workspace (ID: 1590) and will be displayed directly within the application.

In this setup, a single in-app banner containing promotional information and a countdown timer will be shown when the user enters a specific category related to the promotion. The full list of promotional banners—displayed as a carousel or list—is intended to appear after a product is added to the cart.

Brickworks loyalty template with tiered offer

In this use case, you will create a schema that enables an email template to return a specific loyalty offer based on an evaluated expression. This supports a next best offer (NBO) approach, where each customer receives the most relevant promotion determined by their behavior. The expression analyzes the price range of the products they viewed and assigns them to one of three predefined tiers. Based on the tier result, customers can automatically receive an email containing the loyalty offer that best matches their browsing behavior.

Users spin the wheel to receive a discount code that can be used at checkout, allowing you to run a fully gamified experience without relying on a mobile app. This use case is provided with a predefined template, so you can launch the campaign quickly. The layout and interaction logic are already prepared, and you only need to adjust the content, styling and provide valid discount codes.

The milestone certificate was earned by Grzegorz Płociennik from Future Mind, one of Synerise’s partners, and confirms the growing engagement of partner teams in developing practical skills around Synerise technology.Reaching 1,000 certificates shows how the Academy is being used as a real learning space for partners — focused on concrete use cases, hands-on knowledge, and skills that are later applied in client projects, not just training for training’s sake.
