Summer Product Update.

Four things headline this summer: Synerise Customer Agent, Synerise System Agent, Synerise MCP Server, and Brickworks. All four run on the same behavioral AI infrastructure, on first-party data that stays inside your own environment.

Not all four are new. Brickworks shipped earlier and keeps growing — it headlines because it is the layer we now build real products on ourselves, Wallet Passes included.

Alongside them: new integrations, analytics and automation upgrades, and fewer manual steps in everyday platform work.

01

Headline Releases

Customer conversations. Platform work. AI connections. Personalized content.

01Private Preview

Synerise Customer Agent

formerly Synerise Assistant

Answer the customer, not just the search query

Media Expert app: chat with Marian, the virtual consultant, opening with a personalized greeting and quick actions for finding a product or checking an order
See it in production: Synerise Customer Agent at Media Expert →

What it does:A context-aware agent in your app or storefront. Customers ask in their own language; it searches the live catalog and matches on the product facts you expose. When a request is too vague, it asks instead of guessing.

What it unlocks:Not limited to product search.

Synerise Customer Agent

A conversation in the customer’s own language, aware of who they are.

+

Your platform

AI Search, recommendation campaigns, Brickworks records, custom actions, MCP tools.

=

One assistant that acts

Discovery, product questions, order status, hand-off to a consultant — configured, not coded.

Opportunities

Replaces a cold-start chatbot with an agent that knows the customer on their first visit — behavioral context from every channel, before the conversation starts. It declines what it cannot do and says plainly when something isn't carried.

Why Synerise: No training period, and no behavioral data leaves the workspace to reach an external model.

How to get access: Private Preview, available only on selected workspaces. Contact your account manager or Synerise Support to request it.

02Private Preview

Synerise System Agent

formerly Platform Agent

Move from asking questions to getting platform work done

Demo: a plain-language request → a workflow built in the platform. Recording coming soon.

What it does:Answers end-to-end from the User Guide, API Reference, and Use Case Library. Generates and translates IQL filter logic and Jinjava snippets, and builds workflows from a natural-language description.

What it unlocks:Drafts analytical reports in a safe read-only mode, working within the context of your recommendation models and AI Search — summarizing statistics, checking status, and running deployment audits across the workspace.

Opportunities

Cut the manual platform work. The Agent builds workflows, generates filter logic, and audits deployments from a plain-language request — in the workspace where that work actually happens.

Why Synerise: The Agent works inside the live workspace — its models, campaigns and search configuration — not as an external copilot guessing at them.

How to get access: Private Preview, available only on selected workspaces. Contact your account manager or Synerise Support to request it.

03Public Preview

Synerise MCP Server

Connect Synerise with the wider enterprise AI ecosystem

Demo: a task started in an external AI tool → the resulting action taken in Synerise. Recording coming soon.

What it does:Makes the platform natively accessible to AI platforms through the open Model Context Protocol, turning natural-language intent into real platform work.

What it unlocks:Integrations go up in hours rather than weeks. Enterprise-ready from day one: OAuth authentication, permission-aware access, and full audit come standard.

Opportunities

Connect any AI agent or internal tool to live Synerise data and campaigns. No custom integration project, and no exporting customer data elsewhere to make it work.

Why Synerise: MCP Server exposes Synerise's real object model — recommendation campaigns, Brickworks schemas, platform actions — directly to any MCP-compatible agent.

Available now: Public Preview — self-serve. Connect it directly with an existing Synerise account; see the Getting Started guide →

04Shipped

Brickworks

Define once. Deliver everywhere. Personalized in real time.

Demo: one schema → personalized content rendered live in a chosen channel. Recording coming soon.

Not new, still moving — and still the layer we build our own products on. Most personalized content is wired one surface at a time — a receipt, an app screen, an email each get their own data plumbing, and it breaks the moment the data changes. Brickworks flips that: define a custom schema once — types, fields, relationships — and content assembles itself from live behavioral data at render time.

  • AI Search fields, for search-ready content straight from your schema
  • Conditional and relationship-based fields, for content that adapts to context
  • System Agent and MCP Server can now be asked directly about your Brickworks content

Built on Brickworks: Wallet Passes — real-time loyalty cards, coupons and memberships for Apple and Google Wallet, built with Modivo Platform. Read the story →

Available now: Shipped — included in your workspace, no request needed.
