At Synerise, we're committed to strengthening automation possibilities and giving businesses the tools they need to manage their data effectively. That’s why we’ve introduced a major enhancement to the Get Profiles node in Automation module in Synerise—allowing for the export of dynamic expressions, aggregates, and segmentation assignments. This update significantly improves data flexibility, enabling users to export real-time calculated insights instead of just static values.

How This Feature Works

With this update, users can:

‍Export Profile Tags – Select profile tags to create dedicated columns in the export file, with values indicating whether each customer has a given tag (true/false). ‍
Export Expressions – Choose custom expressions to be calculated dynamically per customer at the moment of export. These values will be exported as separate columns, ensuring that insights are always fresh and context-aware. ‍
Export Aggregates – Select aggregates to be computed for each customer profile before export, providing deeper insights into purchase behavior, engagement levels, and more. ‍
Segment affiliation check – Select specific customer segments to check whether each profile belongs to them (true/false) at the time of export.

In-app QR Code Scanner

This use case demonstrates how to create an interactive in-app campaign featuring a built-in QR scanner that redirects customers to a personalized landing page with AI-driven recommendations. Using a predefined template, the setup process is quick and does not require building the scanner interface from scratch.

In-app Stories with dynamic resize and brand showcase

In this use case, you’ll build a two-stage in-app campaign for a specific brand. At first, users see a compact banner (“top” bar) with a teaser message such as “Discover Brand X”. After tapping the banner, the in-app message resizes to a full-screen story view, presenting brand details and AI-based recommendations of its bestsellers.

In-app personalized recommendations with dynamic resize

You can display a personalized top (or bottom) bar that appears only for this specific audience. The bar acts as a shortcut to AI-based personalized recommendations from a category that the user viewed before, and allows them to explore those items on a personalized in-app.

In-app Memo Game

In this use case, you’ll create an in-app memo game (3x3 grid) where the tiles feature images of your most viewed products from the last 30 days. This approach blends entertainment with commerce — users play to match pairs while naturally discovering your bestsellers.

Personalized promotion for digital signage

In this use case we are reffering to the Interactive digital signage. This technology relates to a dynamic and engaging communication tool that combines digital displays with interactive technology to deliver information, advertisements, or content to an audience.

Personalized promotion in the mobile app with display time limitation

This use case describes the scenario where AI Engine selects a personalized promotion for each app user. The campaign is based on the following assumptions: the promotion is chosen from the breakfast menu, and it is visible on the app for three hours, and will be available for use for one hour once activated.

Personalized checkout promotions based on category slots in offline stores

The set contains slots of customer-dedicated promotions from specific categories. Promotions will work for 24 hours from the date of assigning and can be printed together with the receipt after the transaction. Personalization of promotions on check out can work for both recognized customers, for example paying with card, or those paying with cash.

Personalized in-app promotions triggered by a store visit

In this use case, personalized promotions are sent directly to a customer’s mobile application when a store visit trigger is detected. Using AI models based on past purchases and visit history, the system selects three tailored promotions for each user, ensuring high relevance and impact. Customers receive these offers immediately upon entering the store, making them timely and actionable.

Export Customer Profiles with Marketing Consent to Google Cloud Storage

In this use case, we will send a customer database with a marketing communications agreement to Google Cloud Storage.

Transform and import product data to a catalog

In this use case, we will focus on the process of importing and transforming product data from an .XML file using data transformation.
