2. Get a Lead

Retrieve up-to-date lead details from Salesforce during a journey.
Perfect for personalization, decision branching, or CRM-based logic in workflows.

How to Get Started

  1. Go to Automation > Workflows > Create new
  1. Add a Salesforce node: Create a Lead, Get a Lead, or Update a Lead
  1. Establish a secure connection to your Salesforce account
  1. Configure data mapping — use Jinjava to inject live profile values
  1. Publish and go live
