Partial updates for Catalog import

Update smarter, not heavier. With partial imports for Catalogs, you can refresh only what’s changed—no more resending entire datasets just to tweak a single field.

Partial imports make catalog management faster, lighter, and far more efficient—especially in dynamic industries where data changes often.

From now on, you do not need to send the entire dataset every time you need to update your data - even if you only needed to change a single attribute.

With our latest release, the Import to Catalog node introduces a new mode: Partial Update.

How it works

Instead of replacing all data, you can now:

  • Send an item key and only the fields that have changed.
  • Update just those values in the catalog.
  • Keep everything else untouched.

Example: If the prices of your products changes dynamically, you can now update just this one field instead of resending the entire dataset.

This option is available both for direct imports in the Assets module catalog view and for imports performed via Automation.
