We’ve added a new “on demand” trigger for Dynamic Content campaigns, offering unmatched flexibility in displaying website content based on real-time user actions or custom events.

How this feature works

In some scenarios, there is a need to display a Dynamic Content campaign when a user performs a specific action, such as rating a product, filling out a form, liking an item, or performing a search. With the new trigger, your campaign can be displayed exactly when a certain action occurs (all other campaign conditions must be met as usual).

This ensures:

  • Possibility for any action performed by your customer on the website to be a trigger for displaying the content
  • Precise timing of campaign delivery.
  • Better resource optimization, as the campaign isn’t preloaded with all other landing triggers.

  • Optimized data usage: Unlike the "on landing" trigger, dynamic contentcampaigns with the new "on-demand" trigger are only loaded when explicitly called via SDK, reducing unnecessary data usage in browsers.
  • Optimized performance: Avoid preloading campaigns unnecessarily, reducing browser resource consumption.
