What’s new

We're excited to introduce Mid-campaign Emergency Stop – acritical safety feature that puts you back in control. Now you can halt activecommunications across Email, SMS, Mobile Push, and Web Push channels – evenafter they've started sending.

Why This Matters

In a fast-paced marketing environment, the ability to reactquickly to mistakes or changing circumstances is crucial. Mid-campaignEmergency Stop gives you the confidence to launch campaigns knowing you have asafety net when things don't go as planned.

How It Works

The emergency stop functionality operates at two criticalcampaign stages:

·     During Active Sending

When a campaign is in "Sending" status, theemergency stop immediately halts the distribution process. This prevents anyadditional messages from being queued or sent to recipients.

·     Post-Completion Processing

Even campaigns marked as "Finished" may still havemessages being processed by external providers (email servers, SMS gateways, push notification services). The emergency stop ensures these remainingmessages are also halted.

When a campaign is stopped, the system automaticallygenerates appropriate notSent events:

·     message.notSent for email campaigns

·     sms.notSent for SMS communications

·     push.notSent for mobile push notifications

·     webpush.notSent for web push messages

This ensures your analytics remain accurate and you cantrack exactly which messages were sent before the stop was initiated.
