
Pepco has officially launched its new mobile app, created to simplify shopping and enhance customer engagement across Poland.
Developed in collaboration with Future Mind, Deloitte and Synerise, the application integrates personalized rewards through Pepco Club, digital coupons, gamification features, wishlists, and store locator functionalities.
Fully integrated with physical stores, the app connects pre-visit inspiration, in-store engagement, and post-visit communication into one consistent experience. Synerise supports the data and AI layer behind personalization and loyalty mechanisms, enabling more relevant and timely interactions.
