ebruary was filled with partner meetings across Europe, focused on loyalty programs, AI-driven marketing, and new strategic directions in B2B and retail.

Strengthening Loyalty Strategy with Forte and Zavanna


This week we hosted Forte and their client Zavanna, a Norwegian fashion retailer, to discuss the next phase of their loyalty program powered by Synerise.
Zavanna recently launched a new loyalty program supported by Synerise mechanisms for loyalty points, bonus checks, and personalized communication. Together with Forte, we reviewed early outcomes and aligned on further development steps.

We also explored broader opportunities within AI and MarTech — areas where both Forte Poland and Synerise bring strong expertise. We look forward to expanding our joint initiatives in the near future.

Personalization in B2B – Workshop with Emuca Group in Valencia


Personalization is no longer limited to B2C. During our visit to Valencia, we worked with Emuca Group to explore real-time, data-driven strategies tailored to B2B environments.


Following a technical workshop, we conducted an inspiration and strategy session with Emuca’s marketing team. The focus was on redefining priorities and developing new use cases grounded in real behavioral data.

The discussions confirmed that B2B organizations increasingly expect the same relevance, responsiveness, and predictive capabilities that have long defined advanced B2C strategies. We appreciate the openness and collaboration of the Emuca team and look forward to the next steps.
