At this year’s E-commerce Berlin Expo, we teamed up with RITS to present how behavioral AI supports predictive decision-making in e-commerce.
Over two intensive days at Booth K29, we spoke with retailers and technology leaders about moving from assumptions to data-driven predictions. The conversations focused on real-time behavioral analysis, forecasting next actions, and building scalable AI-powered engagement strategies.
