Automatically.) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, which is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate it’s potential for the business world.

Having such great solutions we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Lead to join our Business Development Team.


Your goal will be to establish Synerise as the backbone of data-driven digital transformation in Brazil. You will act as a Trusted Advisor to C-level executives, helping them navigate the complexities of AI adoption and modernizing their sales and marketing ecosystems using our cutting-edge technology.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Craft compelling outreach: Build persuasive value propositions and narratives that highlight Synerise's unique capabilities in behavioral AI and big data, sparking interest and opening doors in highly competitive enterprise markets.
  • Identify and nurture: Strategically research, map, and prospect key stakeholders at target enterprise accounts to build a robust pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Spearhead engagement: Execute multi-channel outbound strategies and represent Synerise at industry events, conferences, and webinars to engage prospects and generate qualified leads.
  • Partner for success: Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Sales Leadership to tailor our value proposition to different industries and ensure a seamless handover of qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate and align: Work alongside marketing, customer success, and data science teams to align on outreach priorities, campaign resources, and key deliverables.
  • Drive market expansion: Take ownership of the initial stages of the sales cycle to expand our LATAM market share and fuel revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively over email, phone, and video calls.
  • A high level of resilience with the ability to build strong initial connections, handle objections gracefully, and uncover business pains.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture regarding account mapping, while managing high-volume execution at a granular level.
  • Hands-on approach with a knack for problem-solving, proactiveness, and a true growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and action planning aligned with pipeline generation goals.
  • Language proficiency in Portuguese and English (native or advanced); Spanish is a strong plus.

What will convince us even more? 

  • Previous experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative selling, especially targeting enterprise-tier customers.
  • Familiarity with behavioral AI, customer data platforms (CDPs), or marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to business growth.
  • Experience engaging with industries such as retail, e-commerce, and financial services.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation/pipeline targets.
