However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate its potential for the business world.

Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our brave and brilliant Synerise Team. See if you fit our diverse and dynamic environment, where we constantly evolve together with the growth of our clients.

What will you do on a daily basis?

You will support our Synerise team on a daily basis (using Jira and personal charm) on topics such as:

  • Microsoft 365 Administration and Support: Manage Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and InTune.
  • Azure AD (Entra ID): Handle user accounts, MFA, and group roles.
  • Atlassian Tools: SupportJira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
  • Laptop Servicing: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance.
  • User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create documentation.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on solutions.

What will make us a perfect match?

  • At least 2 years in a similar support role,
  • experience of working with macOS (with Apple laptops), in particular managing them remotely,
  • good knowledge of Atlassian products,
  • good knowledge of Microsoft365 digital workplace,
  • the ability to work flexibly, being a self-responsible and success-committed person,
  • motivation to develop yourself and acquire new knowledge,
  • solving problem skills and client-facing skills,
  • eagerness to visit our Warsaw office at least 2-3 times a week to support internal customers.
