Technical Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Solution Architect, or in a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in high-level system design, data flow mapping, and business process modeling.
- Experience in designing customer journeys and identifying process gaps or optimization opportunities.
- Proven ability to review and interpret technical documentation, including API/SDK references, client architectures, and data models.
- Practical experience using API development tools (e.g., Postman) for constructing and testing requests.
Business Acumen:
- Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
